Nexvan Construction is providing full Tenant Improvement (TI) construction services for the Summit Cladding Warehouse project, including the construction of a new structural steel mezzanine level designed to maximize operational efficiency and usable commercial space within the facility.
The project includes the development of 15 new office spaces and a modern boardroom area, designed to create a functional, professional, and efficient working environment. The new office layout is being constructed with steel stud framing, drywall assemblies, acoustic considerations, modern lighting systems, and upgraded interior finishes to meet contemporary commercial design standards.
As part of the warehouse renovation and office expansion, the project also includes major flooring and carpet upgrades throughout the office areas, corridors, and shared spaces. New high-quality commercial flooring materials and carpet finishes are being installed to improve durability, aesthetics, comfort, and long-term performance.
The plumbing scope includes upgrades and modifications to support the new office configuration and modern commercial functionality. The renovated areas are designed with a clean, modern architectural approach, integrating updated finishes, efficient layouts, and enhanced workplace functionality.
Additional project scopes include demolition, suspended ceiling installation and modifications, electrical and lighting upgrades, HVAC and mechanical coordination, fire suppression coordination, finishing work, and complete project management services. All construction activities are being completed in accordance with applicable building codes, municipal requirements, engineered drawings, and commercial construction standards.
