We started Nexvan in 2025 on a simple idea. Homeowners should know what their project costs and when it will finish before the first shovel goes in the ground.
Since then we have completed 80+ projects across North Vancouver, West Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, from single family homes and duplexes to commercial tenant improvements.

Nexvan is a licensed residential builder registered with BC Housing, licence number 56963. Every new home we build carries BC’s mandatory 2-5-10 home warranty.
A licence is not paperwork. It means the work is inspected, insured and warranted, and it is the first thing you should check before signing with any builder.
We Know the North Shore
Permits work differently in the City of North Vancouver than in the District. Add coastal rainfall, sloped lots and the BC Energy Step Code, and local experience saves months. We have been working with North Shore building departments for 15+ years, in Lynn Valley, Edgemont, Deep Cove, Lonsdale and across West Vancouver.
