- Framing & Structural Systems
Using engineered drawings and high-quality materials, our framing teams construct the structural skeleton of your project. Whether wood or steel, every connection is verified for accuracy, alignment, and compliance with BC Building Code.
- Building Envelope
Roofing, insulation, vapor barriers, siding, doors, and windows are installed with a focus on performance. Proper envelope construction protects your home from moisture, improves energy efficiency, and ensures comfort for years to come.
- Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP)
Licensed trades handle HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and electrical systems. Our project managers coordinate these trades to prevent conflicts, maintain schedules, and ensure all systems integrate seamlessly.
- Interior Build-Out
